Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on delivery location and order weight.

 

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

 

Delays:
Parfums Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Returns or Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes once delivered.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at parfumsstudio@gmail.com. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

 

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only processed if:

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The wrong product was sent

  • The item is out of stock after you’ve placed the order

 

Refund Method:
If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

No Refunds in These Cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance not liked

  • Opened or used products
